The daily Süddeutsche Zeitung spoke with the SUND management board about sustainability and responsibility.
The new SUND headquarters, based in the Viktoria commercial park in Hamburg Rahlstedt, exemplify the responsible handling of resources and the appreciation and respect towards staff and the environment in the quest for greater sustainability. The SUND management board granted the daily Süddeutsche Zeitung an insight into the planning of the new premises and the future strategic orientation of the company. Always in focus: the increased efforts towards greater protection of resources and the environment with the aim of interlinking ecology and economy.

In the sustainability rating provided by the environment agency EcoVadis, the SUND subsidiary DEISS was just recently awarded a silver medal for its plastic products. And ifeu, the Heidelberg based Institute for Energy and Environmental Research, gave the natural rubber latex gloves offered by the SUND Group top marks for their environmental compatibility“, writes Steffen Uhlmann in the SZ of 19.08.2022
