Following a change of company, during my first year of training, I continued my 3-year apprenticeship as a Wholesale and Export Specialist with a focus on wholesale at ARGENT Holding (now SUND Holding). Looking back, my decision to continue my training in this company was definitely the right one. I settled in very well and got to now many friendly colleagues after just a short period of time, who really made me feel part of the team.

During my apprenticeship, I passed through various departments, such as Logistics, Accounting, Procurement, Market and the lab. For the majority of the time I was deployed in Sales at DEISS, which allowed me to expand my knowledge of sales. During this time, I became familiarised with the work processes, such as the drafting and maintenance of a quotation, the recording and processing of customer orders, and handling customers (on the phone), as well as the complaints procedure. After a short period of time, I had the opportunity to work on tasks in the various departments independently, and thus take on responsibility. During my apprenticeship I had very friendly and helpful colleagues by my side, who helped me if I ever had any questions and ensured a pleasant working environment.

Following my apprenticeship I was employed within the DEISS Sales department, and I look forward to being able to be part of the team and to applying the knowledge I have acquired.
